Introducing our NEW LINE OF POLY TANKS
We now manufacture a complete line of Poly tanks.  Waste tanks, fresh water tanks and mix tanks.  All of our tanks are engineered to withstand the 'BIG' blower suction - tested to 24 Hg.  This is not a cheap molded plastic tank, but a manufactured tank constructed with 1/2" thick material. They have been extensively tested and we now have many happy customers using our new tanks.  This is the tank that everyone is asking about!!! 

The Poly tanks have many advantages over both stainless and aluminum tanks.

Introducing our Blower Suction Flex - super flexable
Introducing our Combo SS Header and Diverter Valve
Our new Stainles header/diverter valve combo on a Kohler Engine.  This is also available with our automatic diverter vacuum control system as described previously.
All necessary components are contained in one stainless box facilitating easy installation
Our specialty designed vacuum pod has a piston with easily replaceable O ring seal.  This is operated by a piston not a diaphragm.
This blower vaccum tank offers more accessable remote connection of vac hose.  The lid has a great seal to increase your suction.

This unit is complete with stainless steel lint basket  thus eliminating in-line filters. 
Chemical door shelves in matching colors that hold 6 - 32 ounce spray bottles.  The unit easily removes from our stainless mounting brackets to carry to your job site.  The units can be purchased as either permanent mount or portable mount.
Introducing our custom vacuum relief valves. Custom manufactured with non corrosive, high wearing poly composite material.
Stainless lint baskets for our waste tanks and vac filter boxes.  Large capacity and easy removal.
Blower mounted belt tensioner  - tensions belt between blower and engine.  Adjustable - sealed and no maintenance bearings.
Stainless blower post heater exchanger with copper coil.  This unit achieves higher temps - up to 40 degree temp increase.  Available up to 2200 PSI rating.

Rebuilt  BLOWERS

Let us REPAIR YOUR HEAT EXCHANGER
Customers often think their Heat Exchangers need to be replaced.  However, we can usually repair them for you.  This process is very economical in comparison to purchasing a new unit even though there are shipping costs.  Ship it to us, the day we receive the unit - we will repair it if we feel it will be effective.  GIVE US A CALL - 727-581-1700 -  we have repaired many HX units for our customers.
